Hospitality:
Men: Players of the main draw (singles and dabbles)have the right to hospitality Saturday and Sunday night prior to the tournament until the night following their shutdown. They stay in Princeville Hotel. Breakfast is included. Players are required to share a room with another player. The hotel has only a few extra rooms for coaches / partners.

Women: They have no right to hospitality. We have a few families willing to take a player in their house. If there is a family still available, it may be chosen for this.
The tournament hotel has only a few rooms for others then men’s single and double players.
The Campanile Hotel is also not far from the tournament site. The rates are very reasonable (€ 59 for a double room).

Shutteling:
There is a shuttle available for transport between hotels, championship courts and training courts. In the morning from 8.30 until 11 and afternoon from 4 until 7 there will be continuously driven to and from the hotel and training courts. The cars will only drive with full occupancy (3 players).

Access player lounge:
The players’ lounge is only open to players and direct supervisors (coaches) and umpires of the Breda Future.

Dressing rooms:
The dressing rooms are located in the players’ lounge.

Food service :
Lunches are available at the tournament restaurant. Sandwiches: € 5,- Pasta dish: € 10,-  Dish of the day: € 12,50.

Snacks / drinks:
Water, muesli bars and fruit are on sale at reasonable prices in the players’ lounge.

Practice:
There are only few courts for practice purposes at the tournament park (no courts available on Wednesday).
There are several practice courts on a 5 minutes drive from the park (Tennis Club Breda  Address: Galderseweg 55, 4836 CA Breda). And at Tennis Club Markant Adress: Cimburgalaan 130, 4819 BD Breda. The practice courts can be booked for half an hour by the tournament desk.
Shuttle service is available all day.

Balls:
Practice balls are available at the tournament desk. We ask a deposit of € 5,-. These are always used balls.

Matches:
The tournament is played entirely under the auspices of the ITF. The ITF official, mr. Laszlo Nyiro is responsible for the matches and the competition program.
